What You'll Do

Work with a professional crew installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems. You'll use roofing tools and equipment, handle materials, set up fall protection, and help complete jobs safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded
Commercial roofing or related construction experience
Willing to work overtime when needed
Able to travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices
Valid driver's license for company-driving positions
Able to pass required background check and pre-employment drug screening
Eligible to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

This is hands-on, physical work. You must be able to:

Regularly lift and move 50–100 lbs.
Climb ladders up to 40 feet
Bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods
Work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment
