The Role: High-Performance Sales (Hunter Focus)
This is a field-based, new business development role designed for someone who:
  • Enjoys prospecting and closing deals
  • Wants uncapped earnings
  • Thrives with autonomy and accountability
You will take full ownership of your territory and turn opportunities into long-term, recurring revenue streams.
 

What You’ll Do
Drive New Business
  • Prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and field activity
  • Target commercial and industrial facilities (warehouses, manufacturing, retail, etc.)
  • Identify reroofing, restoration, and maintenance opportunities
  • Close deals by positioning solutions as cost-saving investments
Own & Grow Your Territory
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
  • Focus on high-value accounts with long-term potential
  • Track market trends, construction activity, and competitors
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed targets
Sell Solutions (Not Commodities)
  • Conduct roof assessments and site inspections
  • Recommend customized coating and roofing systems
  • Demonstrate ROI through lifecycle cost savings
Build Recurring Revenue
  • Convert new customers into long-term accounts
  • Drive repeat business, service programs, and referrals
  • Deliver strong follow-up and customer experience
 

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B sales (hunter role required)
  • Strong track record of closing new business
  • Experience in roofing, coatings, construction, or building products preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • High energy, competitive mindset, and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
