Regional Accounts Sales Manager

In the role of Regional Accounts Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.
Job Requirements:
  • A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred. 
  • Two to three years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.)
  • Cold Calling/Prospecting experience
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory.
  • Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.
  • Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset 
  • Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

  • Generous base salary of $60,000 per year and up to $15,000 in performance bonuses.
