**Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour (Based on amount of Commercial Flat Roofing Experience).

Most important of all we provide Safety Training to ensure our employees are protected from workplace hazards and are given the knowledge and skills they need to work safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety training and requirements as Safety is our #1 priority

• To perform work assigned by Foreman

• Demonstrate quality of workmanship

• Demonstrate advanced skills and proper use/ technique of tools

• Complete roofing daily tasks as they arise without direction

• Possess the proper tools needed to do the job

• Perform basic carpentry skills

Expectations

  • Have a MINIMUM of 3 years of Commercial Flat-Roofing experience (REQUIRED).
  • Perform work independently & most importantly, SAFELY!

  • Work well with others
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the US, minimum of 18 years old and pass pre-employment drug screen.
  • High School diploma, equivalent or the willingness to complete a GED program with our help.
  • Able and willing to travel out of town for 3 to 4 weeks consecutively at a time (REQUIRED). 

Essential Job Functions

Climb ladders.

• Properly measure and cut materials.

• Responsible for tearing off and installing and repairing commercial roofing systems safely and efficiently.

 • Any other duties, responsibilities or activities assigned.

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to climb ladders and lift heavy loads (50-100 lbs.)

• This position requires the ability to occasionally stand and move comfortably on sloped roofs.

• This position requires stamina to work in extreme heat or cold.

• This position requires the ability to work in dusty and or wet conditions.

• This position requires good balance and the ability to work comfortably at heights.

• This position requires kneeling for extended periods of time, pushing/pulling, and repetitive motions.
